Shipping and Returns

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

We ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail so you can expect to receive your order in one (1) to seven (7) business days, unless your item is back ordered. If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us via phone or email. If your order can be expedited, you can choose UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Day Select.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number (must have a valid email address).  You can then follow your order by using the appropiate UPS or USPS web site and your tracking number. If UPS does not service your location; i.e., US Military sites and P.O. Boxes, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.

What are the shipping costs?

 

Shipping is free on all orders within the continental USA no matter how many items or how heavy the order.  For shipping costs for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, please see below. We DO NOT charge packaging fees.

What are shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico?

Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico are based on weight and dimension. We will be happy to email you with specifics upon request. The easiest way to get a shipping quote is place your item(s) in the "shopping cart" and click the "Checkout" tab. If you simply follow the instructions you will receive a quote. If you have trouble or need further assistance, please email us with the items selected to service@DSCBowlersProShop.com.

What happens if an item is back ordered?

A back-ordered item will usually ship within 3 weeks.  If we cannot obtain your item(s) in that amount of time or you choose not to wait, we will contact you about crediting your account or having you select a different item.  If necessary, we will split your shipment and not charge additional fees if the shipments are in the Continental United States.

What if I need to return an item ?

If you need to return an item, you will need a return authorization. Please read the return policy below before you request a return authorization.  If you agree with the terms, please send an email to service@dscbowlersproshop.com or give us a call. We will issue you a return authorization number.

What is our return policy?

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The merchandise must be in new condition and include the original manufacturer's packaging, as well as protective packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please do not ship merchandise back to us until you have contacted us by e-mail or phone and received authorization.
  • If a product is returned and is not defective, a 15% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from the amount of your refund. A full refund, including the shipping costs, will be given if the return is a result of our error.
  • Your refund will be received within 7 business days of our receiving your merchandise return.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discontinued, closed-out or customized items.

Exchanges

 

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The merchandise must be in new condition and include the original manufacturer's packaging, as well as protective packaging.
  • Please do not ship merchandise for exchange back to us until you have contacted us by e-mail or phone and received authorization.
  • If the exchange is the result of our error, DSCBowlersProShop.com will pay for all shipping charges.
  • If the exchange is not due to our error, a shipping charge will apply for reshipping the new merchandise back to you.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges of discontinued, closed-out or customized items.
  • If your purchase is bowling shoes, please try them on a clean, dry surface. If the shoes are not in new condition, we cannot accept them.

 

Cancellation Policy

All credit cards are debited at the time of purchase for the amount of purchase to ensure validity of the credit card.  Cancellation will result in a 15% credit card fee deducted from your refund.  This will cover the fees we incur in processing your order and are necessary to recoup our costs.  An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase. 

Manufacturer's Warranty Claims

DSCBowlersProShop.com honors all manufacturers' warranties (Check individual manufacturers' for warranty details.).  If your product is defective and still covered under the manufacturer's original warranty, please call us at 1-312-403-4961 or e-mail us at service@DSCBowlersProShop.com

The customer is responsible for shipping the product and DSCBowlersProShop.com cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit to us from a customer.  Please be sure to use a shipping method that has a tracking system. 

Please do not ship merchandise back to us until you have contacted us by e-mail or phone to discuss replacement and to receive authorization.

 

Once the product is received and inspected, DSCBowlersProShop.com will ship the replacement item for free.  DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE REPLACEMENT.

Damaged Item Received

If your product was received damaged or defective and needs to be replaced, please e-mail us at service@DSCBowlersProShop.com with a picture of the damaged or defective item.  Please include a picture of the shipping box if the merchandise was damaged during shipping.  Please provide your name and phone number in your e-mail to us.  If you are not able to e-mail us a picture, please call us at 1-312-403-4961 for assistance.
